Our Story
The story of Bush Sweat Sauna Co began on the morning of a wedding. Sean, Ross' best mate, organised a sauna and cold plunge for the wedding party to kick off the day. The group who largely didn't know each other, emerged feeling refreshed, invigorated, and all of a sudden connected.
This experience sparked something lasting. Sean and Ross realised that saunas aren’t just about the heat. No better way to get to know someone than by sweating it out together. The sauna became more than a ritual - it was a way to bond, relax, and recharge. Inspired by this realisation, they envisioned a way to make saunas more accessible, affordable, and perfectly suited for the Australian lifestyle. And so, Bush Sweat Sauna Co was born.
