Safety Instructions
1. Placement & Setup
- Always place the sauna tent on a flat, stable, non-combustible surface, away from flammable materials.
- Position the stove directly under the chimney opening in the tent.
- Keep the sauna at least six feet away from dwellings, structures, over hanging branches or other objects.
- Check local building regulations and fire safety codes to ensure compliance.
2. Fuel & Ventilation
- Use only wood as fuel. Burning other materials is unsafe and voids the warranty and could cause serious risk or injury.
- Ensure proper ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
- Regularly clean the chimney to prevent creosote buildup, which can cause chimney fires and void the warranty.
3. Handling & Burn Risk
- The stove, chimney pipe, handles, and sauna rocks will become extremely hot. Allow these parts to cool before handling.
- Use the provided safety gloves when operating or touching hot components.
- Avoid touching the sauna or stove without protection until completely cooled.
- We recommend always using the safety gloves when handling the stove, hot or not.
