Warranty

Our sauna tents are built to last, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
Warranty Period: All BushSweat sauna tents and stoves come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
We guarantee our gear is free from original manufacturing defects and material flaws. But some things fall outside our warranty scope. These include damage caused by neglect, unusual wear, improper care, or using the product for something it’s not designed for.
What’s Not Covered:
Wear or Discolouration From The Elements: If your tent stays outside too long, it might show wear or discoloration from sun, rain, wind, or snow. These tents are meant to be taken down, dried, and stored indoors between uses.
Small Spark Holes: Small holes from sparks or ash from the chimney are normal wear and can be patched easily.
Wind Damage: Using the tent in winds over 35km/h can cause damage. Be extra careful in gusty conditions.
Not Anchored Properly: Failing to peg each corner and secure ropes at every wall might cause issues.
Too Much Pressure: Leaning heavy objects on the tent or letting people, animals, or objects press against it can lead to damage. This is especially risky when the stove is running.
Incorrect Firewood: Burning materials like forest debris or paper can cause excessive sparks. We recommend using dry hardwood for safe and steady firing.
Unstable Stove: If the stove tips because it wasn’t placed on a solid surface, it’s not covered.
Too Close to Walls: Always keep the stove at least 20 cm from the tent walls to avoid heat damage.
General Wear and Tear: Over time, holes, tears, or deformations can happen from normal use.
Over-firing: Some warping from high heat and steam is normal for the stove, but excessive firing can push the limits.
Need to File a Complaint? Here’s How:
Contact Us: Email us at info@bushsweatsaunaco.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Include photos or videos if you can.
Return the Product: If we need to inspect the item, we’ll ask you to send it back. Don’t worry, we’ll cover the shipping costs. Make sure it’s packed securely to avoid further damage.
We’ll Check It Out: Once we receive your product, we’ll examine it to see if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. If it is, we’ll offer you a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund or Exchange: Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 days of receiving your item. If you opt for an exchange, we’ll send your new product quickly. Refunds cover the purchase price minus deductions for normal wear.
Warranty:
Our one-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If something’s not right, we’ll repair or replace it. The warranty doesn’t cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or the natural wear and tear that comes with time and use.
